Celaeno Press was founded by British author/editor Glynn Owen Barrass and American small-press publisher Edward Lipsett, with the goal of publishing horror anthologies and novels, and especially in helping new authors make themselves heard in a huge market.

Glynn Owen Barrass, already well-known in the industry for stories in a wide range of magazines and anthologies including the new Eldritch Chrome anthology from Chaosium, which he contributed to as author and editor.

Edward Lipsett has been involved in publishing fiction, especially in translation, for several decades, through the Kurodahan Press and Trident House imprints.

We have joined forces under a shared vision to make good books affordable, while at the same time paying contributors promptly for their work.
